The PEX-AL-PEX multilayer pipe has a five-layers' structure: the PEX-b (cross-linking polyethylene) in inner & outer layers ensures the pipe can be used for hot water (the max. working temperature reaches to 95℃).  The aluminum core layer in middle greatly strengthen the pipe’s intensity (The PEX-AL-PEX multilayer pipe can bear much higher working pressure than single layer PEX pipe, whose max. working pressure can reach to PN1.0Mpa), at the same time, it can reliably prevents oxygen/gases from permeating into the pipe, which can protect the steel/brass accessories from rusting for long time use. The two layers of adhesive between PEX & aluminum layers ensure the pipes’ entirety & reliability.

The PEX-AL-PEX multilayer pipe combines all advantages of a metal and plastic pipe. The superior performance makes PEX-AL-PEX multilayer pipe be the best choice for hot water plumbing & underfloor heating systems.

The PEX-AL-PEX multilayer pipe is flexible, with min. bend radio 5 times of pipe outer dia. The pipe can be installed easily, no welding, only very simple tools required.

The PEX-AL-PEX multilayer pipe are stable for use for high temperature, with max. working temperature 95℃ for 50 years.

※ Oxygen barrier pipe

The aluminum core layer can reliably prevents oxygen/gases from permeating into the pipe, this will protect the brass parts from rusting
